Real-Time Job Post API is a set of interfaces that allows easy integration into ATS systems. Yahoo! HotJobs can now provide recruiters the flexibility to easily and efficiently post and manage jobs through their applicant tracking system (ATS).

Open API Platform - Based on XML standards, enables easy integration into ATS systems
Authentication - Log into Yahoo! HotJobs with user's email address and password. Recruiters can turn on seamless login within the intranet using this feature.
Job Post - Post new job using Direct Apply or Yahoo! HotJobs Apply. Yahoo! HotJobs Job ID and other job-related details are returned after a successful job post
Job Edit - Change the attributes of an existing job listing, take down a job (i.e., make it private) or make a private job public
Job Refresh - Periodically refresh a public job to indicate that the job is still open
Job Delete - Delete a job posting once the position has been filled
